I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Sapporo. the location was perfect. It was near Sapporo Jr station and many tourist sites, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities and rooms that had proper bathrooms, especially on the high floors. Lastly, the breakfast served included was excellent, providing a good start to the day.

Great amenities and location! the hot spring was a perfect way to relax after a long day of work. the hotel is conveniently located near major transportation hubs and popular attractions. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The lack of free Wi-Fi in the rooms was inconvenient for a business trip and the language barrier with some staff members made communication difficult. It would also have been helpful to have more tourist information available at the hotel.

My room at Hotel Monterey was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful view. It was conveniently located near the main station and Odori Park, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was also a great spot to experience the Yuki Matsuri festival. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.
